I am in Bathgate/ Armadale West Lothian
My broadband went off yesterday and shows as being down when I do a service check
Usually if its an area problem , all the faceboook groups etc are full of it, but I dont see anyone else talking about an outage.
When I call Sky there is just a meassage saying there is an outage, and then no way to continue to get a human being to reply.
Can anyone recommend a way to get to a human being at Sky
I was sent an e mail today and 2GB extra data today as "recompense" but the issue is not solved.
Is anyone else in this area having a problem ?

Sorted, after almost two days,
can close this if you want
No apology or reason for outage given ,and no sign of the promised text message to tell me it was fixed
No way to contact a human being..... over a day and a half of waiting
The 2gB free data they sent yesterday .... less than I had to hotspot to my family because of the outage.
Sky wonder why they have a bad reputation for customer service, maybe they should have a look at the amount of complaints here,
This is a site I guess a tiny amount of Sky users come to, so you can probably multiply these by thousands.
Maybe in this age of information Sky need to start giving some in a more timely manner and keep their customers informed.
