I called this through. They said they could see a fault. I ran the checker which was OK but BB speed is very bad and varies drastically. I have done all the resets a d cable checks etc.
@Simonl01 Depending on what sky see as the fault then there may be nothing that you can do to improve the situation, surely you where told what was going to happen next!
