@Sheneice Has your 24 months finished with sky, all discount's are removed and full package price is applied, check last month's bill to your one that is higher and also your future forecasted. It's all laid out to be seen!

@Sheneice the bill should give details of how the charge is made up. Sky have not increased their prices recently the annual increase is normally in April. As mentioned if you had a discount that msy have expired.
