Have you either managed to run
the online tests to see if n issue is found or have you managed to report this to Sky.
If you haven't done yet then it might be worth getting yourself registered with Skys Accessibility team as there are additional contact options should you ever need to contact Sky:

@willwills45 Are sky aware off the fault or have you just assumed, your posting does not really say!
If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby if enough time has passed for a fault condition to be displayed by the software test! This should determine if there's an identified fault affecting multiple households.
