I'm a Sky broadband user and the service is awful. Fiber to the premise line and the max speed that I get on a 1Gbps connection is 200 Mbps which is a joke. It keeps on disconnecting every now and then.
And the worst part is, reach out to their chat support, they ask you to reset the damn router everytime. Useless service and even useless support. And most often it seems that I'm speaking to a bot rather than a human, no empathy, no satisfactory answer.

'Tested' using an ethernet connected device, or WiFi?

Tried on wifi sitting next to the router and also on ethernet, the ether gives a max of 270-300 Mbps and it fluctuates.

Absolutely awful service 😢 really useless you do not get anywhere on there chat with a dolly robot why is there not real people on this that you can chat to

If you stay on the line you should be connected however given most issues can be solved using the online tools Sky do ask thst you use those first.
