Awful internet

My internet connection has been awful.
For the past couple of days my router has been connecting then immediately disconnecting internet.

- Flashing orange light on "internet" 

Even when connected & "internet" is green on the SkyQ box, the internet speed is very slow on all devices. 

I've tried to reset, unplug the wires, turn off from the main wall plug etc but still nothing.

@Ellie711 sounds like there is an issue with uour line which given the recent wet weather are quite common. Run the service checker in the My Sky app or website as if thst has picked up the fault may offer to book an engineer to check the line. If it doesn't call Sky to see if they can do the same.
