Awful connection
We recently moved from BT to SKY, since the change we have really spotty signal and if more than one of us is using a device, it goes super slow where we can't even send a WhatsApp message. We never had issues this bad with BT.
It disconnects in our bedroom, bathroom and living room and even shows our local EE WIFI as the more stable option. How is that acceptable?
The app is saying all of our connections are fine with no option to actually speak to anyone?!

Re: Awful connection
@Elsiesmama Sky's hubsxdo appear to have less WiFi range than BT/EE's so you probably need a WiFinextender which Sky will supply if you buy their WiFi Max add-on (see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max) if you call in you should becrouted to an agent who can sort this gor you.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
