Awaiting Confirmation of Return of Router

Does anyone know how to get confirmation that a returned router has been received? I returned mine (tracked Royal Mail, who confirmed it was delivered 24th October) but haven't had confirmation from Sky.

You can put the tracking number from your reciept of posting into the Royal Mail website.

 

You won't get confirmation.

OK, cheers. Just don't want to be charged for something I returned!
