Automatic Upgrade?

I dont remember asking to upgrade to Fibre 500 but its getting installed next week and I assume it will also cost me now. So ive no idea what to do now..

@Tallfee unless you have agreed to a new contract the upgrade should not increase your monthly cost. Sky have told us thst where they are switching customers from partial to full fibre they now default to 500Mb/s.
