My mobile won't connect to router. It says authentication error and password incorrect even though I have put in password listed on back of router numerous times

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@PatC2tell the phone to forget the Sky connection then reboot your phone to clear the memory. Then try again once rebooted but be careful to check you are entering the passcode exactly as it is on the label as irs easy to misread a I for a 1 or similar.
