Re: Atmos VPN and SkyShield
@PaulW1 are you using a white Sky hub? If so have try enabling UPNP as explained here UPnP set up if still stuck after thst post again and a forum superuser will escalate your post.

Re: Atmos VPN and SkyShield
Thanks Chrissy, i'll give it a try, but it seems a risky route to open up my network to overcome Sky specific problems

If you have trouble on a computer getting to the hub interface and end up at myrouter.io then try using a mobile instead, that's the only way I can get to that now even though I'm connected via wifi to the same broadband connection.

Re: Atmos VPN and SkyShield
@PaulW1 apparently this only affects a few VPN systems that cannot use IP6. On the white hubs Sky use a system called MAP-T which shares an IP4 address between 8 customers. Switching UPnP on switches the share to 1:1 which sorts most issues out as will setting up a dummy port forwarding rule if you prefer to do that. If it doesn't Sky will disable MAP-T if that is definitely required hence asking you to try this first.
