Apps on tv not working

Since getting rid of sky tv the apps on my telly one min will load the next they won't this is constant is this a tv problem or a sky internet problem? 

funny how it happens when I don't have sky telly anymore.

Was that sky q tv?

 

With sky q the tv boxes formed a mesh that allowed other devices to connect to
