Apps not working on WiFi..

Phone Apps like Facebook don't load pictures (grey boxes) on the feed and whatsapp sending slow and not recieving messages when on sky home WiFi but work fine on phone data!? Any ideas?,

On your my sky app go to product settings->broadband shield and disable it or go to custom and untick social medi
