@Rich173 if other devices near the affected units sre connecting then the issue is with the devices rather than the Sky hub.However it may. Simply be poor WiFi signal level,in the room or rooms they are in. The PS4 needsca goodcsteady network connection to make it usable to pkay games so if it is a WiFi signal issue you may be better considering using powerline adapters to network that as these use the home's mainsxwiring to carry the data.
Otherwise poor WiFi coverage is probably the most common question we get in the forum. In many homes a single Sky hub cannot provide a usable wifi signal in every room due to the layout and type of construction of the property especially in older homes. Assuming the hub is in the best possible position which is out in the open on a surface then the only answer is additional wifi sources.
