Appointment

Had a new set up with broadband. All working but thought you said that an engineer would need to make a visit. I thought it was last Thursday but no one came and can not see anything on line

perphaps in am wrong

If your broadband has been activated then it was probably done remotely or offside at your local exchange so that no visit to your property was needed.
