Appointment

I have an appointment booked but I didn't realise if I rent I have to ask if this is allowed first. I need to cancel this appointment please

If you can't cancel it here:

Then you will have to call Sky, if the appointment is due in the next day or so then Sky are known to charge a £25 late cancellation fee.
