Applying fir social tariff as I am on pension credits

I have recently joined Sky and have been told that as I am on pension credits I can apply for the social tariff. This seems to be an almost impossible task. Can't find out how to do this😡

@Grannieannie27 Information on the social tariff can be found here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-social-tariff to apply for it you will have to call Sky.
