I have just got sky with a white hub. Many devices in my home can connect but not my 4 gen Apple TV device. It can see the sky network but won't give me the option to enter the password so I can't connect. Any suggestions?

If its by wifi twll the unit to forget the connection then press the back button and try the process again. @Chrisee thanks so much for the suggestion but I'm too far from an Ethernet connection and it won't connect at all to the new Wi-Fi so I can't ask it to forget the connection.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Pigeon5 You should be able to tell the unit to forget the Sky connection its a standard command in the Apple TV network settings. However a complete reboot the unit is probably a good idea see https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/tv/atvbb8553426/tvos

@Chrisee @Thanks again for your help. I had to drop the wpa level on the hub to wpa 2. I restarted the Apple TV device I could then enter the password on the detected sky Wi-Fi. And now connected. Appreciate your help
