Appalling

My TV freezing=buffering is a permanent problem but according to sky there isn't a problem even though l have photographic evidence that the feed is poor !!!! Never known such a dreadful provider who not only continue to steal my money for a service not being provided but also increase the charges !!!

The annual price increase is a nationwide thing: it happens irrespective of faults or other issues at any particular address 

 

Is your television connected by WiFi or ethernet cable?
