App scam

Can you explain to me why your app said there was no issue with my sky WiFi even when my phone disconnected so when checking the box the light was flashing and I had no Internet yet your app said it was fine so clearly the app is a scam when checking broadband speed and connection!

Use mobile data when using the service checker if it says no issue continue the checker by clicking on test my connection in the blue box
