Anyone having issues with wifi

Got 2 green and orange.. checked service provider saying no issues.. rest broadband 3.times and still nothing... is sky down?

Sky Broadband supplies over six million households, so probably not.  At any point in time the individual Openreach circuits to many thousand properties will be problematic though, because that's just inevitable given the scale of the national network.

Try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is if no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
