If you are you may want to speak to a colleague who specialises in contract law, and they will almost certainly explain to you how you have zero chance of successfully suing an Isp for faults on the network or for loss of work/employment on a service that doesn't support that use.
You may want to look at using an appropriate business grade product, instead of trying to do thing on the cheap, as a lawyer you should be able to afford it.
