Hi, I have had an amber light on my Sky router (model SR203) for 24hours & have exhausted self- help options incl. restarts, new phone cable and micro filter.
Service Checker via the Sky app is no good as I cannot access the Internet.
What is the best way to get an external line test please? Thanks, Elliott

When using the my sky app use 4g/5g mobile data it will still run the test

@cookiemonsteruk @Thanks, it fails on 'connecting to your hub' step as I am not on the wi-fi. If I try to when on wi-fi (that has the Internet outage) it fails at the first step , check for issues in local area'
