Amazon prime buffering

Hi, does anybody else have issues with watching Amazon Prime on sky Q? Just changed my broadband to Sky fibre this past week (100mb), Sky Q is hard wired to router so not on WiFi. I've tested the speed which is fine but yet still keep pixelating while watching Prime and buffering?

Any help would be appreciated
