Got a Amazon echo generation one that connected to my previous supplier perfectly. Can't get it connected to my sky router ?? Any advice or is it death by sky ??

@Haztony therecis no reason why any WiFi device that connected previously wont connect to a Sky hub. With Amazon decicescthey often require a reset before they will connect to a new router.

@Haztony

With a white Max Hub you'd need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3-T to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.

A Gen 1 Echo is now a decade old and wouldn't be able to handle WPA3 or WPA3-T WiFi encryption.
