So over the past year it has happened about 10 times. maybe more.
Thought nothing of it at the time ( other than frustration if I'm gaming with friends)
so all the lights are on the router , no flashing or changing colour. All green. I notice by either being disconnected from a game or a glitch ( jumping, the video playback of the game)
I check my phone to see if that is working obviously too that won't work.
it's only cut off say for about 20 seconds. It has happens between the hours of 11pm through til 1/2am.
one day it happened like 3 times in a row.
could it be that sky is testing the line?
Could it be the router ( does it need replacing?) it's fairly new , so I don't think it's that.
could there be a fault on the line?
could it be someone hacking into my system? It happened roughly about 1045 last night. So I'm hoping that I will get answers off sky themselves , I'd like to know why it happens. There have been no known issues at the time
