All lights in router green but the connection isn’t working?

Internet connection stopped working as of 10:30am 30/10/2025. All lights on the router are green and Sky is reporting there is reportedly no issue in the area but even though devices are connected, there is no internet connection and unable to use internet on any device?

If s reboot of the hub doesn't bring the connection back to life then try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
