Can someone please help ...im aware of outage but mines been like it since just gone 10pm last night its now nearly 12noon 14hours ...its saying alls resolved ive rebooted hub and modem left them unplugged for several minutes all light green but still carnt connect to wi-fi, using mobile data atm

I have the same problem. Is your Internet light red on router like mine? My modem is showing disconnected in the router settings. Currently on hold to them.. 25 mins in
