All Alexa and ring devices have stopped working

Hi everyone

I have just come home from work and none of my Alexa or Ring devices are connected to the internet. Everything else wifi related works ok. Try reconnecting them but nothing will reconnect. Tried the usual power down but nothing seems to work. Anybody got any ideas? Has Sky done an update or something?

this has happened twice now all of my ring devices are connected to wifi but arnt working its also the same for my smart lights and plugs connected but not working I have to reboot the hub and then repair all of the devices to the network any ideas why but also sometimes my phone is connected but I can't search on safari or look as Facebook it's like it just can't connect to them
