I can't get Alexa in my kitchen now since I switched to Sky from TalkTalk

Do other devices work in the same location? 
Your Sky hub may not be providing the same coverage as your old TT router so you may need a booster in that location now

Well you didnt answer my question. Do other devices work in the same location as your Alexa or not? That will tell you whether you need a booster or if the issue is with the Alexa.
