Again we are suffering crashes almost everyday

Good night. We are still suffering broadband crashes every day. Some months ago a technician came but nothing was fixed. We cannot work in this situation. We are paying for a service that we are not receiving. I need a solution ASAP. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you in advance. Regards.

We are customers here who help each other so the first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker


If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is if no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Thank you for your reply!   

 

I have talked to customer service several times because all test finish ok, but the no internet at home. 

 

I will keep on trying to get it fixed.
