Address not available on drop down menu......but all others in my Post code area are??

So i want to order sky broadband. It asked for my post code-it checked and it is available. My address was then up on the screen.

After I'd selected the broadband I want I went to the order form, and they asked me to confirm my address. 

I click the drop down menu-im number 191, but only the address up to 189 are listed and mines not there? Despite them having my psotcode? So i cant place an order.....its so stupid. ANy one any idea how this gets fixed?
