@Westie1982 if you have a sub for Sky WiFi Max give Sky a call to get another pod and they will probably arrange to send out an engineer to check what is required unless coincidentallybthecinstaller was a Sky Broadband Engineer. If you have had a new Sky hub you nedd to reurn the old hub and cables and possibly any boosters but check when you talk to Sky about the new booster as the old ones dont wotk with the new white hubs.
