Additional TV sky box and Internet issues
I had a call from sky saying they were putting up my prices by £6 a month buy they would make it £5 if I took on an extra sky box for TV in another room. I didn't want it but he promised that it'd improve the Internet coverage around the house. So I went with it. I've seen no Internet improvements at all and I feel like I'm being lied to. Anyone know whether there's any truth in this? I'm struggling with the Internet coverage around the house, it used to be fine but its got worse over time. I am frustrated as instead of talking to sky it suggests this forum so hopefully it will throw up some answers. Thanks

Re: Additional TV sky box and Internet issues
Q Mini boxes act as wireless hotspots when used with a Sky Q Hub or Sky Broadband Hub: that's been a feature since the Q television platform launched nearly a decade ago.
