I keep trying to sort up my doorbell. Get as far is entering my sky Wi-Fi password and it keeps telling me it's wrong.

If you are seeing an error about entering the wrong Wifi password then make sure you are not getting a 1 and l or a 0 and O muddled as it is quite easy to do this. It must also be entered as shown on the hub itself so use upper case letting if required.

Password is correct. I've tried numerous times and always get the same message.
