Activation day has passed and Internet light is still orange

Moved into a new building on the 27th and always used the same broadband before with no issues. Sky app is showing activation date as 28/1/25 and 'activated'. All tests come back saying connection is fine but the internet light on the sky hub has been orange since we got here. 
Working from home and have been without internet since Friday (it is now Wednesday) as a result of switching over the internet from the old building to the new one, which hasn't exactly happened as I had hoped.


Can't get through to speak to a real person anywhere, so hoping this helps as I need this issue resolved asap.

@AshhBrown as only Sky can tellyou what the issue is I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted.
