Hi
my activation date was due to be today.
I had the text this morning to confirm the Wi-Fi would activate today but nothing has happened. Instead I have a action on my account saying action required but there is no message.
please can someone help me or perhaps escalate it to a sky advisor. I would really appreciate it as my signal at home is very poor
