Hi, my sky broadband supposed to be activated on 29 Nov but it still hasn't activated yet

@JVane I am escalating your post sonexpect Sky to be in touch to start a private chat via the forum where a chat button will appear. They will check why Openreach did not activate your service.

@JVane depends on the escalation teams workload but they usually start at 8am so I guess later this morning otherwise simply call Sky yourself.
