Hi, my sky broadband supposed to be activated on 29 Nov but it still hasn't activated yet

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@JVane depends on the escalation teams workload but they usually start at 8am so I guess later this morning otherwise simply call Sky yourself.
