Returning broadband and I cannot access my account number

How long were you away from sky?

 

Are you trying your old account number

 

if you're away from sky for more than a year you would have received a new account number

As stated above, if you have been a while from Sky for longer than a year then you need to start again by setting up a new Sky ID to use, if you want to use the same email address then you need to login to your old account to remove it from their first.
