My girlfriend and I have recently moved into our new house, however I am not the account holder, and currently have no WiFi! She is at work and I'm at home with a white dot on the white Sky box, it was absolutely fine yesterday??

A white light indicates the hub is properly connected so it is difficult to know what is wrong but simply rebooting the hub by disconnecting the power may sort the issue.
