Account closure
after doing some research I am seeing I am paying 60 pounds a month for my sky broadband and can not see anything on my account as to what this is paying for. I wish to close my account and go with someone who is more cheaper and easier to get hold of

Re: Account closure
@Samantha26_ You can't close your accountthrough apublic community from an unlinked account.
You simply need to approach a new provider who will switch your broadband service.

Please note I only provide help on the main forums and not via PM, PM's are switched off.
Samsung 75" 4K TV, Sky Glass Gen 2 55", Sky Stream, EE FTTC Broadband, Three 5G Broadband (Backup), Sony 7.1 AV Receiver, Technisat MultiSat receiver.

Re: Account closure
@Samantha26_
To cancel Sky Broadband and Sky Talk the below link explains how to switch to an alternative provider or the various methods on cancelling completely.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-broadband
If you try to cancel whilst still in a minimum term deal you might have to pay an early termination charge (Sky will notify you if you do and how much they’ll charge).
NOTE: One Touch Switching only applies to broadband and Talk and NOT a TV subscription.
Return packaging for any equipment Sky expect back will be sent out to you near the end of the 14 day notice period. Remember to keep any proof of posting indefinitely.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off
