Access point temporarily full?

WiFi goes off error messages as above . Sometimes sorts itself out else Router power off and on worked previously but this time had powered itself off. I had to unplug socket to reset. Checking via O2 found mention of Sky limiting router to 16 devices standard.  I have 3 showing now adding 2 mobile phones and the EDF smart meter still only 6?

@Skyday15 that information is very out of date the only hard number of devices that can connect t o. Sky hub is over 250 but in ptscticex20 to 30 should be fine but of course they are sharing the external bandwidth your hub has.
