Access denied reference #18 on sky wifi

Reference #18.1d1e1202.1788003857.4d262d94 is popping up when I try to access either skygo app or access sky.com while connected to sky wifi

This might be due to a VPN or the iCloud Private Relay on Apple devices. Clearing your browsing history may help as well.

Happening on iPhone. Private rely is off and I've cleared browsing history but no affect.

Are you using a VPN ?

Does it happen if you are on mobile data ?

No VPN and only happens when connected to wifi

It looks like there was or still is a blip accessing this, not that I've experienced it.
