Are you using a VPN or if using an Apple device, the private relay function ?

Don't have any VPNs i use sky mobile samsung phone and sky broadband 150 didn't happen until sky was down in our region yesterday worked fine but cannot access anymore
this has happened to me too. Internet went off a couple of times last week, engineer attended yesterday and replaced the white box (which was only about 6 weeks old) and now I can't access my sky account on my phone or laptop
Also having this message come up in the last hour. Can't send sms messages either only iMessage. I've reset my router, my phone and checked if VPN is on which it isn't. Not sure what else to try
Try clearing your phones history and then reboot it to see if it then works.

I'm having the same issue and checked everything and still having problems. I'm thinking about leaving sky as the broadband has got so bad recently and to not even be able to use the app is ridiculous, specially for the money it cost
This is currently being investigated by Sky as you can see you are not the only one with this issue.
