Dear Skyline Support Team,

 

I am writing to formally complain about a persistent WiFi connectivity problem in my home. The WiFi connection repeatedly disconnects or becomes extremely weak in my bedroom, making it very difficult to use the internet properly.

 

This issue has been ongoing for a long period of time and has not been resolved despite my continued use of the service. I am paying for a reliable internet connection, but unfortunately, the service quality in my bedroom is unacceptable.

 

I kindly request that this issue be addressed as a matter of urgency. I expect a proper technical solution as soon as possible. If the problem cannot be resolved, I would like to know what alternative options are available.

 

I look forward to your prompt response and a permanent solution.

@Abdul22 The solutions are either subscribe to Sky WiFi max and request boosters/pods, or buy your own boosters.
