ACCESSING BROADBAND AWAY FROM HOME
OK at home. Major snags local Nero coffee shop and their free Sky WiFi _The Cloud wifi. My usual details not working. Nor can I access anywhere to change or check details,. Except my general Sky account. Anybody help?

'_The Cloud' is not linked to your home Sky Broadband subscription in any way: it's a weird and frankly vestigal legacy service which almost no-one at Sky itself appears to know about.
There are related email addresses listed at https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-complaints and https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-faqs but the Help section and Marketing Preferences access at https://www.sky.com/wifi are broken (which is probably a bit of a clue)
Sky doesn't have authenticated public WiFi in the way BT Broadband does: Sky Hubs do not broadcast a Guest SSID for other Sky subscribers to use.
