A repeated freezing / pixelation
On average we watch tv for 3-4 hours per evening, during this period the picture feeezes while streaming a from the playlist. This evening it froze repeatedly then blank screen with the blue line along the bottom of the picture. It then continued and then happened again straight away several times.
we gave up and watched the live tv.
this happens almost every night now and we have reset all the equipment as per your instructions online, I hope this can be resolved because we've had enough

Re: A repeated freezing / pixelation
@mssinclair2000 go intomthe network settings on your puck or Glass TV as thstvwill tell you the quslity of the WiFi connection. These units work well with a good steady connection but are miserable if the signal is marginal or affected by interference. There is also a useful network test in the Get Help menu in the Netflix app. You need over 20Mb/s to watch in UHD ideally 35Mb/s to watch the new low latency Sports options.
In many homes to get those speeds in every room requires more than a basic Sky hub adding Sky's WiFi Max and getting a pod extender can help but using ethernet or buying a decent mesh home wifi kit are the best options.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
