With the impending price rises coming I thought I'd try my luck with Sky on live chat.
I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised, I ended up with a new broadband contract (I'm happy to recontract) with a faster speed and less than what I was due to pay from May.
Having had some issues recently with Sky with my mobile, they have restored my faith somewhat. 👍
