HI @Trevor007

All Sky routers are dual band, which hub do you have?

As @jamesn123 indicates, no ISP has a 5Ghz only router because that would cause their subscribers huge difficulties.  The Q Hub, Sky Broadband Hub and Max Hub are dual band by default, while the nearly obsolete Sky Hub is 2.4Ghz (802.11n) only.

The black Q Hub and Sky Broadband Hub permit band unsynchronization and renaming in the web interface.  The Max Hub doesn't, but the 5Ghz band can be temporarily disabled in the My Sky app.

For printer problems with the Max Hub the first thing to try is moving wireless encryption from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK (also in the My Sky app)
