403 error from websites when accessing via a mail email link

If I get an email via Apple when I click the link from a safe site I get the 403 error message. If using the lottery one it states that I am outside the UK what can I do

@Steakpie You may wish to just power off the sky Hub for a few hours to see if that clears when you restart, it will take that time, so the off/on couple mins is not going to work!

It was switched off at the weekend nothing changed. Happens on the email link to website
